Energy Nodes: Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026

Energy Nodes ("the game") is published by Yousif Almaliki. This policy explains what information the game uses and why.

Summary

• The game has no accounts and never asks for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
• Playing online sends a random device identifier and the nickname you typed to our game server, only to run the match.
• The game shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects device and advertising identifiers as described below.

Information the game uses

Stored only on your device

• Your settings (sound, vibration, language), your nickname, and your online win/loss count.
• A random identifier created the first time the game runs. It is not linked to your identity or to any other app.

Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes all of this.

Sent to the game server when you play online

• The random identifier and your nickname, to pair you with an opponent and show your nickname to them.
• The moves you make in the match, and any room name you choose when creating a private room.

The server runs on Cloudflare. It keeps this information only for the duration of matchmaking and the match; a finished match is deleted about ten minutes after it ends. We do not build player profiles and we do not sell or share this information. Like any internet service, the hosting provider processes your IP address in order to deliver the connection.

Nicknames and room names are visible to other players. Do not put personal information in them.

Collected by Google for advertising

The game uses Google AdMob to show ads between matches. Google may collect and process the device's advertising ID, other device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and information about how you interact with ads, to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Details: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change that choice later in Settings > Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

• Play offline (versus AI or two players on one device): nothing is sent to our server.
• Delete your data: uninstall the game or clear its storage. We hold no account for you on our side.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
